DwellChecker provides AI-powered property analysis reports and related real estate data services. Our Service includes automated property valuation models, market analysis, neighborhood insights, and investment calculations. We are a technology platform and do not act as a real estate broker, agent, or provide licensed real estate services.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our Service is offered through various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
